SingapoRediscovers vouchers provide discounts for over 200 deals and packages to support the local tourism sector.
Overseas travel may not be possible with the ongoing pandemic, but that does not mean you can't have fun.
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) announced on Wednesday (Sep 16) that every Singaporean aged 18 and above in 2020 will receive S$100 worth of vouchers via Singpass.
According to STB, the SingapoRediscovers vouchers will be released digitally in S$10 denominations and can be used to purchase tickets from tourist attractions, tours and at licensed hotels previously approved by STB for operation.
For children and youths, you can look forward to a S$10 subsidy on attraction and tour tickets, subject to a maximum of six tickets per person.
The vouchers can be used between December 2020 and end-June 2021. Further redemption details will be announced in November.
The vouchers are a complement to the nine-month long SingapoRediscovers campaign launched in July, in hopes of encouraging more Singaporeans to experience and discover local hidden gems.
Tickets to popular tourist attractions like Gardens by the Bay will enjoy attractive discounts.
