West Mall, Decathlon at FairPrice Hub and the Bukit Batok ActiveSG gym were among nine locations visited by COVID-19 cases during their infectious period.

The latest additions to the Ministry of Health’s list of places visited by COVID-19 cases on Thursday (Aug 6) included three locations in Jurong West and a restaurant in The Heart, Marina One Show Gallery.

The information for the locations are:

On Wednesday, two other locations were added onto the list. IMM was visited by at least one COVID-19 case on Jul 22, 8.15pm to 8.45pm while the POPULAR Bookstore in Jurong Point was visited on Jul 26, 12.05pm to 2.30pm.

The list is updated by MOH on a rolling 14-day basis, or one incubation period, and as epidemiological investigations progress.

If you were at any of the locations during the specified timings, you should monitor their health closely for 14 days from your date of visit as a precautionary measure, MOH advised.

"They should see a doctor promptly if they develop symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cough, sore throat and runny nose), as well as fever and loss of taste or smell, and inform the doctor of their exposure history," the ministry added.

There were four community cases out of the 301 new cases of COVID-19 infection reported in Singapore on Thursday.

MOH said that the number of new cases in the community has decreased, from an average of three cases per day in the week before to an average of two per day in the past week.
